- Method of payment
Payment will be made by bank transfer. We will need the following information that you will have to provide us by email or whatsapp:

- ID number
- Address (street, postal code, town, province, country)

All payments must be completed prior to scheduling any shipments.
- Shipping Spain mainland and Balearic Islands
It will be a mandatory condition to contact by whatsapp or email before sending any animal to make sure that there will be someone at destination to pick them up.
For deliveries we have 3 options:
- 0€ pick up at a national fair (Expoterraria or Terrasur).
- 0€ pick up at our facilities in Seville (Spain).
- 25€ delivery at your home before 10.00 am (or 10.30 am for more distant towns).
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid and complete shipping address.
An unlimited number of animals can be shipped in a single order and if you agree among several buyers in the same area, several orders can be combined to save on shipping.
All shipping supplies are included in the shipping cost.
Kanaky Reptiles reserves the right to postpone shipment if weather conditions are not appropriate (due to excessive cold or heat), by reaching an agreement with the buyer.
- International shipping
Kanaky Reptiles offers the possibility to send animals for collection at exotic fairs in Hamm (Germany) and Houten (Holland) from 60€. The shipping company will contact the buyer and coordinate the delivery at the fair. Both animals and shipment must be paid in full before delivery. The shipping company will not make any financial transaction with the buyer.
For shipments to the United States we have the service of Colubra Reptiles. Please share with us your address so we can calculate the price.

- 7-day health guarantee
Kanaky Reptiles guarantees that your animal will be 100% healthy for 7 full days after delivery (ONLY VALID FOR DELIVERIES IN SPAIN).
If within these 7 days it shows any signs of ill health, please contact us within 24 hours so we can help you fix the problem before it is too late. Failure to do so will VOID our 7 DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE.
Death due to inadequate care or feeding is excluded.
Proper diet and housing are crucial when caring for any animal. We strongly recommend Gecko nutrition or Rhacofood and crickets/roaches sprinkled with calcium and vitamin D3. Proper nutrition, housing, temperature and care are required for our 7 DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE to be valid. Please read our care guidelines and if you have any other questions, please contact us before purchasing any animal, we will be happy to help!
*It is mandatory to notify the arrival of the animal within 3 hours of receipt for the 7 DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE to be valid.
- Animals that do not arrive alive
In the rare event that you receive an animal that has died during shipment, Kanaky Reptiles must be contacted by phone or email within 3 hours of the animal's delivery.
PHOTOGRAPHIC AND/OR VIDEO PROOF will be required in all cases. This is something we ask of all clients to be fair to everyone and also so we can get an idea of the cause of death.
In case of validating the situation as our fault, an animal of similar characteristics will be sent or a voucher will be issued for the amount of the order (excluding shipping). No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Pore sexing/sexing policy
Any animal listed for sale on our website as definitely male or female is guaranteed to be male or female. If you receive an animal that was sold to you with a sex guarantee and it turns out to be the opposite, you must notify us as soon as you realize the error. You must then return the original to us, following our safe shipping guidelines, at your expense. Our team here will inspect the animal and then a comparable replacement will be shipped to you at our cost, or store credit will be issued for the value of the animal excluding shipping.
We perform pore sexing on our geckos upon request, however, no guarantees can be made about probable males or females.
- What if my gecko pulls its tail?
It is not common, but geckos may drop their tails during shipping. They may also drop their tails when stressed and sometimes for no apparent reason. This is a natural phenomenon and has no effect on their health or ability to reproduce. We are not responsible and no compensation will be given if your gecko drops its tail before, during or after shipping.
